    • The item I want is showing out of stock, when will these be available?

      Stock levels change daily on the site. Please email specifics regarding your order in the contact us tab below and we will respond within one business day.

    • How will I know if the items will fit me?

      Please check our Size Charts for sizing information.

  • Shipping

    • My order is over $100, why is the Free Shipping method not applying to my order?

      Please note that our Free Shipping Method is available to orders shipping within Canada. The order subtotal must be over $100.00 (Before TAXES) and no other coupons can be combined with this offer.

    • When will my order ship?

      Lazy One Canada orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email once your order has shipped and there will be a tracking number included along with your full shipping details. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you through the email address & phone number you provided when you placed your order.

    • Do you ship internationally?

      Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Lazy One Canada currently accepts orders within Canada. We thank you for your interest in Lazy One Canada Products.

    • Have you received my order?

      If your order has gone through, Lazy One Canada will send an email to the email address you provided when you placed your order. There will be an order number included in the email for your reference. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you through the phone number and email address you provided when you placed your order.

    • I’ve received my order and would like to do an exchange/return.

      LazyOne Canada will exchange items as long as they have been unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and copy of original receipt within 30 days of purchase.

      Returns will be accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and copy of original receipt within 14 days of purchase.

      If you purchased your order online at and you need to do an exchange or return, please ship the item(s) back to us at the address listed below. Please be sure to include a note explaining what it is that you would like us to do with the item(s) that you are sending back. For example; if you need an exchange or refund, what item(s) you would like instead of the one(s) you are sending to us, including size and any other details or instructions.

    • Why am I getting charged GST twice?

      In short, you are not getting charged GST twice at all, childrens and adult items are charged taxes differently. For instance you may notice on your order some orders have "GST (Kids Clothes) 5%", "GST (5%) Quebec", as well as "QST (9.975%) Quebec".  The provincial tax is not charged on kids clothing, only GST. The rest of the items in your shopping cart (adult items) are charged the appropriate taxes for the province you are in.
