Exchange / Return Policy
ExchangesLazyOne Canada will exchange any items (except the restricted items) as long as they have been unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and copy of original receipt within 30 days of receiving the package. You can also exchange an item bought online in one of the local Lazy One stores. You must have a copy of your online receipt, the items must be unwashed, unworn, and the tags intact within 30 days of receiving the package. You must exchange it for an item of equal or greater value, the stores can process additional charges but, cannot give money back.
Returns by Mail
Returns will be accepted FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY for item that is returned in its original packaged condition and with proof of receipt within 14 days of receiving the package. Items must be shipped back to Head Office for a return. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Returns will NOT be processed in the stores.
Follow the below instructions to package your return and mail it back to us:
1. Include a copy of your invoice and circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return.
2. Pack and seal your return securely, and include the completed invoice.
3. Ship back to us using the method/carrier of your choice (you will need to pay shipping to us and we will pay to reship the exchange to you).

***We can only return or exchange an item purchased through LazyOne.ca with a valid order number. If you have purchased a LazyOne product at another store, you will need to contact them directly to exchange the item.
